Estée Lauder Cogeneration Plant		The design for the cogeneration plant integrates the goals of energy conservation, the efficient use of space, and the highest standards for safety. This is accomplished while preserving and enhancing the existing rolling landscape. The new addition incorporates a specially designed acoustic-mitigation panel system that matches the 25-year old porcelain panels of the factory building. The plant is flanked by new, bermed areas to increase the amount of green spaces, and the traffic area is reconfigured with landscaped dividers to direct traffic between plant buildings.
